New Zealand Delivery

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are posted out of Tauranga, New Zealand.

Please allow 3 - 10 business days for your package to arrive after being dispatched before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 1 - 3 working days, with public holidays and weekends this can take longer depending on the shipping and payment option you chose.

Credit card transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be processed on the same or next working day.

Australia Delivery

Australian delivery is a specialised service and you will be presented with a rate that reflects this at the checkout.

Please allow 5-15 business days for your package to arrive after being dispatched.

International / Rest of the world Delivery

​

International freight is created as a separate order to your product order (select 'International shipping' at checkout). Please email us with your address and the items you'd like to order and we'll create a custom order for the freight that reflects your location. Please complete both orders and everything will be good to go! 

If you'd like to get an indication on freight costs please email us your address and the products you'd like.
