COMMISSIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Commissions require an upfront payment of 50% of the quoted price of the product.

- The client may also choose to pay the total upfront.

- Oh Kay’s will create a custom original work following specs and guidelines set by the client.

- Oh Kay’s will provide progress and completed photographs to the client.

- Oh Kay’s is able to attend to minor changes however, major changes are charged at an hourly rate.

- Commissions may be returned as per the return policy. However, Oh Kay’s reserve the right to charge for expenses applicable to the invoiced artwork.

- Oh Kay’s is not able to create exact replicas of images the client provides due to breach of copyright risks.

- Please note no two paintings can ever be created the same. Every painting will differ as they are handmade (but isn’t that the beauty of it!)
